The Prediction envelope¶

Reading and writing¶
TODO (KT): Prediction.of() coercion, with_document, add_detections,
by_kind, max_severity. How a detector adds detections and a transform
(e.g. Redactor, Annotator, SeverityGate) reads them without mutating text
destructively.
